On 18^th March, Woozon Healthcare held a spring team building activities in Jiuhe Lanyuan ecological farm. The theme of this team building activity is "meet challenges, gather strength and focus on growth".

Even although the spring is coming, the temperature drops sharply and still cold, but it cannot stop the enthusiasm and fighting spirit of all of us. The team building activity started in the prelude of collective learning of corporate culture and team flagging, naming and slogan announcement. In order to further stimulate the passion of work and establish the team consciousness of cross-departmental active communication, four team competitions were set up. As a whole carrier, every members understand themselves more by the competition activities, strengthen cooperation, and even clearly understand the unique and advantages of each team member in the process of team competition.

A team project is not a project that can be finished by one person's intelligence and ability. It is characterized by teamwork. The victory of one person cannot represent the victory of the whole team. Only when each individual in the team is united and cares for each other, can they jointly reach the goals of the team. In the process of building the team, the most concerned among the members of each team was how to organize, coordinate and cooperate well, rather than how to do a better job, and the spirit of teamwork was fully displayed.

The bar change in positions. The project not only tests the perfect connection and reaction speed of the adjacent personnel in the handover process, but also tests the consistency and tacit understanding of the participants, which puts forward extremely high requirements on the rhythm control of the commanders and the execution requirements of the participants.

Relay splicing. The competition is not only about speed and calculate ability, but also about the rationality of division of labor between teams. During the competition, some people fall down and get injured, but no one gives up. In front of team fighting and collective honor, everyone showed the style of hard work and the spirit of cooperation.

The letter filling in the blank reflects the importance of collective intelligence. Although the knowledge points involved are not complicated, they involve many aspects such as mathematics, literature, geography, sports, law, space and correlation imagination, and there are fully 26 items. Relying on one person to solve all the problems in a short time is extremely difficult, which tests the collective wisdom and coordination efficiency.

The tug-of-war competition as the grand finale of the group's construction, the test is not only the collective strength, in the case of even test the force of the rhythm and tough endurance - the brave face the way to win!

After fierce confrontation and competition, the "Oriental Red" team, composed of 30 members from production, sales, administrative human resources, finance, audit, technology, quality and other departments, won the first place in the construction of the group. While winning the prize, they gained joy and moved, and strengthened the belief of cooperation and confidence that they will succeed through challenges.
