As the fast speed of processing, it's hard to avoid defective one if without any inspection, such as dirty which is difficult to spot. In order to ensure the quality, our machines are equipped with the function of visual inspection, which could identify and pick out the defective ones by AI. Comparing to conventional manual inspections, AI could not only increase the productivity, reduce the man-made stains, but also save the cost. Some omissions could be caused by manual inspection, but AI can keep them well-done.

Our medical face mask of Milkon brand, individually wrapped by paper-plastic bag. The lot number, manufacturing date and shelf life are printed automatically which save the labor costs again and make the price more suitable for market. In order to avoid empty bag during the production, we will weigh them when count. After confirming the quantity and weight are all right, then pack them.

Before entering warehouse, the masks must be sterilized in our EO workshop, then it can be shipped.
